Return/ Refund Eligibility

Opened Boxes with unused products and unopened boxes are eligible for refund. Used product is not eligible for refund.

Return Timeframe

Blue Wings HNS will happily accept eligible product for refund on all product within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Process

Visit bluewingshns.com and select from the Contact Us menu option. Send a request for refund or exchange directly in a note. Provide detail of opened or unopened, and the product returning. Please include note for reason of return (optional).
